We do so by partnering with lenders that are focusing on client experience. We hire great people and train each and every one of them to provide friendly, personal service through every stage of the loan process. Our Team
Ernesto Travieso – CEO
Ernesto has been in the mortgage Industry for over 15 years. He has helped hundreds of families reach their goals of either home ownership or mortgage refinancing. Ernesto has very extensive experience in all types of mortgage loans. Ernesto now owns his own mortgage company and passes his extensive knowledge down to all his loan officer and staff. With Ernesto and his team you are working with a group of people who are very well equipped to handle any situation that may arise in the mortgage process. Before Ernesto got into the mortgage industry, he served in the United States Army.
James Ferry – Loan Officer
Our newest MLO hire, James Ferry, a father of 4 amazing young adults and a Graduate of Wagner College in Staten Island NY. James has a unique background that spans 25+years in the Securities Industry where he Co-Founded a regional brokerage firm in Palm Beach County, FL. His firm specialized in underwriting, structuring and sales of many fixed income securities, including Mortgage-Backed securities.He holds 3 FINRA / S.E.C. governed licenses, a Florida Real Estate license and a Florida MLO license which makes him a very valuable asset to our team here at RMP.James approaches the Mortgage loan origination business with incredible patience, full transparency, always putting the client and their needs first.He has a solid understanding of all compliance regulations and is extremely detailed oriented. James respects everyone’s precious time equally and strives to ensure a stressless mortgage experience.
Tiantian Pang – Consultant
Tiantian is a professional and attentive loan officer with several years of experience providing excellent customer service to clients seeking loans. Tiantian respects the confidentiality and privacy of a client’s finances. She strives to provide quality customer service on a daily basis.
